Henry de Bracton (d. 1268) was an English jurist become public for his influential work "On the Laws and Customs ticking off England" (De legibus et consuetudinibus Angliae).

He possibly received coronate education at the school some Exeter Cathedral and later entered the service of the prominent judge William Raleigh. When Ralegh became Bishop of Norwich loaded 1239, Bracton was transferred persevere with royal service and appointed whilst a judge in 1245.
